Wash with Ruth's Soaps for 60 days. If you are not happy, email us at hello@ruthssoaps.com and we will refund you in full — even if the bar is half gone.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ruthssoaps.com with your order number. We will tell you what to do next. You do not need to send the product back. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or missing packages

If something arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email hello@ruthssoaps.com with your order number and a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or refund you.
